At Goldenrod Meadows, we’re passionate about Florida native plants. Our Florida native seed farm is dedicated to providing natural habitat for many of our native critters. Native plants offer both forage and shelter.

Our seed collection of 140+ native plant species covers everything from ground covers to trees, and everything in between. Our Florida native seed farm, located in Marion County, specializes in the native plants of North Central Florida. We take pride in growing our native plants from local, ethically sourced eco types. 

Our plants are grown without the use of pesticides. Our goal is to supply you with quality seed to add habitat and food sources for all of our native pollinators and critters, while creating a beautiful and interesting landscape. We have a variety of seed for the right plant for your space and growing conditions.

We have recently moved to our new location in Summerfield, Florida and have decided to close the nursery portion of the business to solely focus on growing native seed. We will continue to make appointment for nursery plants until our stock is sold out. Please see our “Current Availability” to view what we have left. We may periodically have small quantities of plants available throughout the year, which we will post on our Facebook page. We are still available for special orders.
